The link at the top of the page will enable you to edit your details, delivery address, look at order history and give you many other functions. This part of the web site is designed to make your whole shopping experience a little easier and much more enjoyable.

Edit My Details
Here you can change any of your personal details such as name, address, telephone number and of course your email address and password.

Edit Delivery Address
This link you are able to send a particular order or all future order to a different address than your own should you wish to.

Order History
You are able to take a look at your orders at any time. This page will then show you a list of all orders you have placed with UK Tights. To take a look at the individual order simply click on "view order details".
This will show all the items in the order.

Wish List
How wonderful to be able to send to family and friends your very own wish list.
Here at UK Tights it's really easy to do. All you need to do is follow these few simple steps:
On the product page rather than adding to your basket, simply add to your wish list. You will be asked to log in or create a new account. Once you have logged in you will go directly to your wish list and be able to see a new item added to your wish list. Please add any comments like size and colour you like but you must remember to press the update wish list button after every change or comment added.
If you'd then like to send this list to a special friend or a family member firstly enter their email address and then just click "send to friends" button. Thats it.
They should receive your list within seconds of hitting the button and will have links back to our site and hopefully you'll receive some very nice gifts in the future from your friends.

Sizing Information

On each product page you will see a"size guide" link next to "wish list" link. If you click on this link it will give you the manufacturer's size chart for that particular product. Follow this guide to get the perfect size for you.

Payment Information

Web Shop Direct Ltd will appear on your statement. Your card will be debited the moment you place your order. This will reserve stock for you. If for any reason a product is out of stock it will show on our website and your order will automatically go on "back order" status. If you place an order and decide you don't want to wait for a product to come into stock then just email us and we'll give you a full refund.

The payment from your credit or debit card will be taken by PayPoint.net. They have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, and ensure that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Delivery Information

All goods are posted by First Class Royal Mail post. Orders placed before 17:00/5.00pm will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are and subject to items being in stock. However, we will do our very best to get the goods out to you on the very same day that your order is placed. UK Tights delivers to anywhere in the world. We estimate that the delivery will take approximately:-

UK - 1 to 4 working days (dependent on your local postal delivery service, usually next day!
EEC - usually within 3 to 5 working days
USA and Canada - 4 to 12 working days
Rest of World - 1 to 2 weeks

Customs and VAT

Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
VAT of 20% is included on all our products.

Packaging Information

All products that leaving our warehouse are either in plain opaque plastic bags or cardboard boxes. There are no logo’s on the packets and we run a very discrete service.

We have to put a return address on there for UK customers, it simply says Web Shop Direct Limited and our return address. No other information about the contents of the product is on the packaging unless the products are going outside of the EU. There is then a customs label added to the parcel which just says “clothing” on the it.

Should a customer of UK Tights be eligible for a refund the customer needs to be aware that a refund can take up to 30 day’s to be processed..

Returns Information

You have 365 days to return or exchange any order. All UK returns are free post. Please use the free post sticker on your delivery note. You must obtain proof of postage from your post office.
We will happily replace or refund any items found to be faulty that are returned to us; for non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it needs to be in saleable condition.
If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be required.

International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items.

Legwear that’s opened, but not faulty, will NOT be eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.

Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office, a £5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of this order.

Royal Mail has lost my order

If an order is shipped by us, using first class mail service with Royal Mail, and is lost in the post, the customer must wait 7 days for the UK and 14 for the rest of the world from the date of posting before claiming from us for the order.

Royal Mail stipulate that we wait this length of time and once we have shipped the order to you there is little we can do until this time has passed. Once it has passed we then have to go through the process of claiming from Royal Mail and will liaise with you, our customer, about this at each level.
