You are able to take a look at your orders at any time. This page will then show you a list of all orders you have placed with UK Tights. To take a look at the individual order simply click on "view order details". This will show all the items in the order.
How wonderful to be able to send to family and friends your very own wish list. Here at UK Tights it's really easy to do. All you need to do is follow these few simple steps: On the product page rather than adding to your basket, simply add to your wish list. You will be asked to log in or create a new account. Once you have logged in you will go directly to your wish list and be able to see a new item added to your wish list. Please add any comments like size and colour you like but you must remember to press the update wish list button after every change or comment added. If you'd then like to send this list to a special friend or a family member firstly enter their email address and then just click "send to friends" button. Thats it. They should receive your list within seconds of hitting the button and will have links back to our site and hopefully you'll receive some very nice gifts in the future from your friends. Payment InformationWeb Shop Direct Limited will appear on your statement. Your card will be debited the moment you place your order. This will reserve stock for you. If for any reason a product is out of stock it will show on our website and your order will automatically go on "back order" status. If you place an order and decide you don't want to wait for a product to come into stock then just email us and we'll give you a full refund.You are also welcome to pay by either cheque or postal order. This option shows on screen when you are placing your order. When you pick the "send a cheque" option, the address and all the relevant details are displayed for you. Returns InformationWe're happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty. However, if the goods are not faulty and you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 365 days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, if we no longer sell the item or if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons.To return an item to us, all you have to do is package the products carefully, include the delivery note and a brief note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (use a recorded delivery service for this). We will then refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange the items for other products if you prefer. An email will be sent to you confirming your return information when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If you don’t have your delivery note, then please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office, a £5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of this order. Should you choose to exchange a product that is not faulty then we will have to recharge you the original shipping costs. Royal Mail has lost my orderIf an order is shipped by us, using first class mail service with Royal Mail, and is lost in the post, the customer must wait 15 working days from the date of posting before claiming from us for the order.Royal Mail stipulate that we wait this length of time and once we have shipped the order to you there is little we can do until this time has passed.
