These are perfect.

They have a large but thinly reinforced toe rather than the awful looking small and thickly reinforced toe that you find on most hosiery these days.

They also don't have the, likewise awful looking, "gusset" that plague modern tights either.

Perfect - if only more tights were made this way ...
