Run resist tights are a must have for any lover of leg wear, but a lot of designers forget the reason people love them so much. They're discreet and subtle, not drawing too much attention to your legs whilst giving them a healthy glow and covering blemishes. So why do so few designers only do their run resist items in glossy tones? Pretty Polly have taken the subtle spirit of run resist tights and made the most of it by rendering their new design in a matte tone. These tights are very sheer and have no added sheen, making them almost entirely invisible. It's like you're wearing nothing at all... exactly how good leg wear should be.

I would have given these tights 5 stars as I love the way the nude ones make my legs look. People think I'm not wearing any yet they give my legs a more polished matt look. Very nicely natural. But, the very bad side is that there is no reinforced toe area at all, so my toes end up poking through them halfway through the night. That can be very uncomfortable. Please make a reinforced toe area on these tights and they will be perfect!

The colour was really good (over very pale legs!), they were comfy and a good fit. However, after one wash one pair developed a run in the leg, and when I first put on the other pair the toe stitching unravelled. Not great price per wear.

These tights are magic. Elegant and strong with good quality panty and gusset. I shall be buying these from now on. Ladder resistant matt tights.
