These are very funky and quite different to leggings / footless tights / capri pants. They look pretty special (seams only on the inside leg) and are made of a lovely soft and comfortable material. They are extremely soft to the touch and wear very well (they don't sag or bunch).
However, be aware of the sizing. According to the size chart I border size 3 / 4, so I ordered "3/4 L/XL". When they arrived, they were way too big. The very stretchy material meant that I could wear them as capri pants (they were that long). So, I ordered the S/M. When they arrived, they are at least 4" smaller around the waist and at least 6" shorter. I thought they would be too small, but even these wear a little big!!! Otherwise, they would have been 5*
