Company Details

My Account

To log into your account, simply click "My Account" at the top of any UK Tights page. You can log in with your existing email and password, or you can create an account by following the instruction on the page. Edit My Details
You can edit any of your details by logging into your account. The first page you see will be all your personal information in one place. Simply add or change anything, scroll to the bottom and save our changes.

Edit Delivery Address
This link you are able to send a particular order or all future order to a different address than your own should you wish to.

Order History
To see all your order history, click the tab that says "Order History" and you'll see a list of everything you've ordered. Click "View order details" to see more details for each of your orders.

Wish List
Your wish list is a great way to create a page full of all the products you're thinking of trying. Simply add items with the "Add To Wish List" button on any product page. Add comments, like which colour you'd prefer and click the update button at the bottom of the list. You can also send your wish list to friends so they can treat you.

Currency Conversions

Payment Information

UK Tights does not store any of your payment information, for security reasons. When you purchase anything from us, your card details are submitted to the bank and instantly discarded. When you receive your bank statement, your transaction will appear under the name Web Shop Direct Ltd. This is the company that owns and maintains UK Tights and UK Beachwear. Delivery, Postage and Costs

How Do We Ship Your Items

If you order before 5pm on a week day, your order will be dispatched the same day. Your parcel will not have the company name visible anywhere on the packaging. All items are dispatched in a grey bag or in a plain cardboard box.

Who Delivers Your Parcel

UK Tights sends all post via Royal Mail. If you are based abroad, your parcel is handed over to the national postage service of your country or any of their official partners.

What If My Parcel Takes Longer
Please note, if your parcel takes longer than this to arrive, it may be subject to an administration delay with customs or postal officials. UK customers must wait 15 working days after the estimate delivery time before we can refund or reship any items. Customers from abroad must wait 25 working days.

All items to nations outside the European Union are stamped with a customs label with contents declared as "Clothing". If you order from a country that requires you to pay an import tax or fee, you must pay this amount yourself. It is not included in your postage or product cost. Please check with your local government to find out more information on what customs charges you may have to pay.

Packaging Information

All products that leave our warehouse are either in plain opaque plastic bags or cardboard boxes. There are no logo’s on the packets and we run a very discrete service.
We have to put a return address on there for UK customers, it simply says Web Shop Direct Limited and our return address. No other information about the contents of the product is on the packaging unless the products are going outside of the EU. There is then a customs label added to the parcel which just says “clothing” on the it.

Offer Codes

All offer codes that you can use on UK Tights are useable only once, unless stated specifically on the website you got your code from. Many of our codes do not expire, but any expiration dates should be present on our website or the website you originally got your code from. Please be aware, we cannot accept responsibility for any voucher code websites that choose not to display expiration dates. Any complaints for incorrect or undisplayed dates should be directed to that company or site. To use an offer code, simply type it in at the basket in the box entitled "Offer Code" and our website will apply the discount for you automatically.

What Do I Do If My Items Are Damaged?

If you receive any items that are damaged upon you opening them, or if the items ladders or tears when you first try them on, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. Please use your free post label to send any damaged or faulty items back to us. Please include a note detailing the specific fault of your item and whether you would prefer a refund, replacement or an exchange. We must receive your faulty items back before we take any action on your order. If you have any questions about your items and whether they qualify as faulty, please call us on 01625 460 180 or email customer any speak to one of our Customer Services team.

Returns Information

  • You have 365 days to return any items.
  • Leg wear that's opened is NOT RETURNABLE unless faulty. This is due to hygiene regulations.
  • Beachwear may be opened, but must be in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. For non-faulty goods, all items must be unopened and the item must still be active on our site to accept your return.
  • Follow all wash instructions for items. This affects item lifespan and eligibility for return.
  • Return your order with this document and instructions. UK customers can use our free post label. You must send back your return via a post office and obtain proof of postage.
  • If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be needed.
  • International customers must contact us before returning any items.
  • If you believe a parcel has been vandalised, please contact us right away so we can investigate.

How Do I Use My Free Post Label?
You can use the complimentary free post label that comes with your order to send anything back if you are within the UK. Simply take the parcel to the post office and ask your return to be sent back with this sticker attached. Please note, you cannot use this label at a post box. You must send it via a post office. This label is 2nd Class post and can take 15 working days to get back to us.

I Don't Have My Original Returns Label
If you are a customer from outside the UK, you will not have received a returns label. If you have discarded your returns label, you can print a new one here. Please note, using this label outside of the UK will result in your parcel being returned to you by the postal service.

What If My Return Goes Missing?
If your parcel takes more than 15 working days to get back to us, you are eligable to a refund or exchange. We will only be able to refund or exchange your missing parcel if you have proof of postage. We encourage you to send all returns back with recorded delivery, but this is optional. You must pay any postage costs incurred unless your return is faulty.

How Long Will A Refund/Exchange Take?
Although it's normally less that a week, our returns process can take up to 30 days to complete. This wait is normally a result of busier shopping times of the year, such as around Christmas.

What Should I Include In My Parcel?
Please include the original or a copy of your delivery note. If you no longer have a delivery note, a hand written note with you order number and instructions will also be fine. Instruction whould include how you would like us to process your return, whether you'd like an exchange or refund and other details, such as any faults you have found.

What If Royal Mail Didn't Deliver My Parcel?
If you were not there to collect your parcel or you did not follow the instructions on the red slip they left, your parcel may be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us and we can arrange a redelivery for you. Please note, although it is rare, any costs or fees Royal Mail charge us for returning parcels may be passed on to you. We cannot be held liable for parcel such as these getting lost in the post on their way back to us and we will not be able to compensate you for them.

Where's My Order?

If you place your order before 5pm on a weekday, your order leaves the same day. It then takes around 2 to 3 days to arrive if you are in the UK. It can take up to two weeks to receive orders if you live overseas. If you haven't received your order with 15 working days (or 25 days if you live abroad), please contact us and we'll investigate further.
