cosplay tights so popular in the Harijuku district of Tokyo. This design isn't of the stereotypical Japan you seen in the movies. It is a modern design. It understands the subtle blend of new and old that persists in the Land of the Rising Sun and it makes astounding use of it in this truly innovative garment.
