Mock hold up designs are all the rage at the moment and these 'Formal' tights are brand new from Pretty Polly. The hold up's black opaque leg ends just above the knee and then a sheer, nude thigh. At the back there is a horizontal strap behind the knee of the hold up in an imitation bow tie and shirt front.
