UK Tights Customer

Bought two of these a few weeks ago. (UK Tights Order Confirmation 1923346)
Am thoroughly disappointed. After one wear, the tights are knotting all over making them look like their 5+ years old. I hand washed them inside out with lukewarm water and wore socks over the tights when I was inside and not wearing shoes so the feet wouldn't get so much "wear and tear". I am certain that I couldn't have done better on my part so I am concluding that these tights are officially no good. Same experience with the second pair. A shame.
