What Katie Did is a superb brand for items of legwear that bring back the classic elements of the past. They love pin up girl fashion and seamed tights for example. Here they have brought back that old favourite, the backseam, but with a modern flavour. The heel is an ornate and richly designed one with a lace like motif. This is something much more original than most elements in vintage legwear collections. What Katie Did have added it here to add something that looks vintage and traditional, being modeled after leavers lace, but it is also new and novel too. It has a trompe l'oeil effect, making it look almost three dimensional.
